How to stay slim and healthy while away from exercise

How to stay slim and healthy while away from exercise, it is my special tips to stay fit and also slim while i dont have time to do exercise. Its normal life that sometimes i am so busy with all my daily activities. Alhthought i am a homebody, owner of my small business, running from home, managed from my home, i had regular day to day activities, except if i had to deal with new client or i had to deliver services to client so i can be moving around the town so actively. This sometimes can override my schedule, including my workout or running schedule.


How to cope with this problem? i had eating habit, that is only eat the amount of calori i need, i never eat more than what i need.



  • I just take small amount of snack, never take more than i want. 
  • I just do dinner at 6 PM, lately at 7 PM, and after that i naver had any meals. 
  • My tips to eat smaller calorie, is only using smaller plate when eating. I always chewing my food slowly, i enjoy every time i take a spoonfull of my meals.
  • My tips to eat low calorie, i just take some food then i eat at separated desk, not on the eating room, this make me only eat what i had take, not lead me to take additional food served on the table or cupboard. Amazingly it is work for me to stay slim.
  • Only take supplement if i need. I only get nutritional from what i eat from my home, i never take any additional food or supplement.
Those mentioned above is the key for me to stay slim. I also helped by regular exercise 3 time a day that had build me with muschle so while  I am sleeping this muscle continuesly need energy.
