Choosing the right running shoes  - Wealwaysrun. As a runner I always give attention to sport counters at the mall, what I want is a great sales, I want to buy running shoes, shocks, running tight, compression socks, and so on. How about you? always waiting for the great sales?

As a runner, I like to run in comfort ways, this mean choosing the right shoes is the key, We know so many choice of shoes we will see when entering sport stations, no wonder so many people in this world dont know how to choose the right shoes for the specific workout. The dont know the detail how to purchase the shoes for their foot type, workout routines.

 This is really common, I dont blame them. No  wonder the will get confused to choose the right ones, since so many choices, like running shoes for flat road, cross country, grass land, the others like tennis shoes, walking, weight training, basket ball, and so on. Realize this fact how anyone can supposed to understand the way to choose the right shoes for the right workout?


Some people buying running shoes for its fancy model, but when the shoes tested for the first run, they felt not comfortable especially at the foot muscles like any sympton of shin splint, those very important to choose the right shoes based on your food, your habit to walk / run patter, those all can be analyzed by the tools usually available at the big sport counter.
