Simple carbo loading for runner. Carbo loading is very important for runner, if you want to have energy before run, since we know carb is a main source of energy.

How to eat carb before doing a sport like running? I my self usually take into 2 mode of carb intake to my body, those are diet mode or non diet mode. IN the diet mode usually i only take last car intake 4 hours before run, this will be a hard run since i feel less energy but it is very effective to burn calory or directly using fat at my body as energy during run, and the second is when in non diet mode, last carb intake is 2 hours before run. Its very energetic run, since my body full of energy. This mode usually i use when i want to increase the mileage and also when i think i will running on a challenging and need extra energy track, just like offroad running.


Why I divide my calorie intake into two mode I had mentioned above, because I used diet mode when i want to manage my weigh, sometimes I eat too many food, I had to manage my weight and fitness then I will use this mode. But if I need extra energy then I take some more food for more energy for my body to do run.

What kind of carb i usually eat before run? almost i eat rice or sometimes a baked bread like in the picture. For protein intake i usually get from an eggs in the morning and some fruits before run. Don forget to stay well hydrated before run, because its funny if you are full of energy but you forget to drink adequate of water. You can be easily dehydrated and get so tired before you finish the line.
