How to energize your body before running? if you answer this question, i believe this will be vary from one runner to another, since every runner had the different habits. But at the general, i had summaried that before running usually runner had to do carbo loading, it means consume energy source to fuel the body before running or other physical exercise. When do you eat before run? and how many calory you take?
How to energixe your body before running is important, since we need energy to do activity just like running.
I basically only eat the standar calory need for my body, for a day i need 1600 to 1800 kcal with medium activity, but if totally working outside and not a desk job sometimes i need extra refueling by eat more calorie intake on my meal. I had regular time and almost exact time, in the morning on 7 p'clock, 12 o'clock in the mid day, and 6 to 7 o'clock in he evening. And i usually do running on 4-5 o'clock in the afternoon. if i had supper on 12 o'clock, then i had at least 4-5 hours before i do running. Sometimes i can feel so hungry if i do harder and outside activity, so i need to refuel with snack at least 1 hour before run. I never had big meals before running, i always give enough time for my stomach to empty before running, this will be better for i can running with comfort.
